We just got back yesterday. we all just bought SIM cards there for 25,000rp with 5,000 credit on it. Lasted a while with texts and phone calls. Then just got top up of 25,000rp and that lasted forever, still got tonnes left. We stayed in Seminyak and just bought it off the streets there, but I am sure you can get it from anywhere.
Phone has to be unlocked though.
