If flashing an oncoming car that is trying to pull out of a side street or carpark, in Oz it has always meant I will let you in. Where I come from anyway. But in Bali it means stay where you are because I'm not slowing/stopping.
If coming up behind a car in Oz it means move out the way same as in Bali.

Also if a truck in front of you puts it's right indicator on, in Oz it means it is safe to pass. In Bali it means it is not safe as I am moving out myself or there is oncoming traffic.

Another thing is if I indicate my intention to change lanes in Bali, most drivers will let you in. In Oz It appears this is a signal for cars in lane next to you to speed up & attempt to cut me off.

I find it easier to drive in Bali than in Perth. Never encounted road rage in Bali, but seen it heaps at home & in Perth.
