We were staying at the KTH the night your daughter's purse was stolen in Poppies 2.....we were actually woken by her screaming and we felt for her at the time, we didnt actually realise she was staying at the KTH, but witnessed the staff doing everything including chasing after the culprit on a bike....now onto you complaint...my family who were staying there too also booked a late check out, but when they went to check the night before they were informed that they would be ok for a late check out but that they did have a booking for their apartment coming in on a late flight....but if the new people turned up early that they would have to move us to another room....we went out for the day and they did move us to another room....hunked five suitcases up three flights to a room in stage one.....We didnt have a problem with it...at least they offered an alternative and a better alternative to sitting around the bar for 9hrs....we were able to enjoy our last day in bali shopping etc and come back and have a nice shower etc before our departure. What more can you ask?
