the balance of their accomodation at midday including the late check out till 6pm.At this time nothing was mentioned about not being able to stay in their room until 6pm or that they would have to move to another room.
At the time they originally checked into the hotel over a week ago,the staff at reception made particular mention to them they could see in their reservation that a late check out till 6pm had been booked & confirmed what it was going to cost.The girls agreed & said Yes,that's right.
The girls were not worked up about it & neither am I.Just peed off that it happened & the way it was handled.
