Hi ...yes I havfe stayed there twice...just for two nights each time, to get away from Kuta (where I stayed for 2-3 mths).

My experience was great,..I needed the peace and quiet and it is about five minutes drive up the hill from downtown Ubud...actually in Panenastan (sp).. I just stayed in an villa which had up and downstairs and cos only there for two nights, only needed upstairs which had a beautiful balcony to look over lush gardens, no one in sight,.and a bedroom which wonderful bed and all glass floor to ceiling (again private) and a bathroom and early morning watched ducks go through the rice paddies next door while sitting on loo!

Downstairs , I think maybe two bedrooms , kitchen etc and you have own entrance. There were a few like this but the garden was all winding and not too close together...It is very quiet up there, bust Ubud 5 mins away..Bintang supermarket 2 minutes further up hill, so it was easy. If you stay, a man named Warwick Purser (?) an ex Aussie owns it and lives behind the property and it is managed by an Indonesian named Mendez...If you stay, tell him Anna, a friend of Ketut and Rodney recommended it...go for it, a hidden gem for me
