as Bintang Girl has already mentioned, you will find limited availability if you are going during Jun/Jul/Aug.
We have stayed in a couple of different 2 bedroom apartments - Beach Melati in Legian www.beachmelatiapartments.com and a 2BR apartment in Sanur (Villa Puri Ayu). Beach Melati was ideal for us with our 3yo - we stayed in a huge 2BR apartment on the 1st floor (ground floor rooms open onto the pool area so not safe with a little one).
Highly recommend it for location, cleanliness, modern furnishings etc.
