Teggagalang rice terraces are a must to go and see - have lunch at one of the cafes and enjoy the views (just be careful of the hawkers) White water rafting, Safari Park, quad bikes (all these activities are closer to Ubud than elsewhere), walks in the rice fields around Ubud, Celuk for heaps of silver shops. I love Ubud and just love to spend time there and really relax.
