My friend and I both ordered handbags at Tommys, this being the 5th or 6th trip in a row that we have done so. Unfortunately, the shade of gunmetal metallic leather had changed since last trip, so I cancelled my order, and there was not time enough left to place another.I was impressed that they phoned me with that information though, and just didn't go ahead and make it anyway!
My friend ordered 3 bags, which she is very pleased with, although his prices have gone up since February this year.
As they were inundated with orders, the turn-around time increased whilst we were there from 4-5 days to 7-9 days, so be aware of that and order early on in your holiday.
They also have handbags on display in the shop which are available for immediate purchase and they also make jackets.
