Fixed Price Shop in or near Poppies 1

Normally stay in Legian and go to Ketut's in Garlic Lane. Staying in Poppies 1 in August and don't know the shopping areas that well. Is there a fixed price shop in or near Poppies 1 so that we can just get an idea of prices.
