Thanks Tina thats what I was concerned about downloading my mail & not being able to reply
So if I set up a gmail or hotmail account can I import my contact addresses & receive & send messages?
I have also ticked the check box to leave a copy of my emails on the server so I can retrieve them overseas or through another provider. Does this sound correct? Can you send attachments with gmail/hotmail?
Thanks for your help hubby & I run a small business & we usually only holiday seperatly so one of us can run the busines. This time all 7 of our family will be holidaying together but still need to respond to client emails.
