a 5 year old cannot sit unaccompanied nor by an exit door. AA are just like Jetstar, too many incompetent and young staff members who don't care , don't know or have access to assist properly.
These companies who are impossible to contact are ones I just won't deal with, no matter how cheap their fares may be.
