Last time i went to Bali i was quoted in USD.
I asked for the quote in AUD. Not a problem. I was also given the option of paying in AUD travelers cheques, AUD cash or credit card.
If the above would suit you better, just ask them, and be sure to take copies of any quote, email communication, to Bali with you.
Off to Malaysia next month and this time i was quoted in GBP (British pound) Again i asked for quote in AUD and to pay in AUD. Again it wasn't a problem.
