The fees you'll be charged are determined by your bank and the type of account you have, rather than the ATM in Bali. You'd be best to contact your bank to find out exactly what fees they will charge you per withdrawal.
I'm with a local credit union and it doesn't matter which ATM I use in Bali, I get charged no withdrawal fees at all.
