Sorry - VIPVOA question

Sorry to introduce another VIPVOA question BUT has anyone tried to book with Bali Concierge or Netfare in the past few days? The link for the arrival service with Bali Concierge is no longer on their website and Netfare has an announcement on their website saying they are no longer able to offer the service from June 11? Does anyone know if this means the return of fingerprinting/photos or any other info? Thanks
