you use common sense and always cover you hand when putting in your pin number.
Even if you use a CBA ATM you will be charged a $2 non ATM fee.
We reckon we get close to the daily 'on the street' rate and it saves us having to worry about cash.
CBA ATM's are everywhere you would need them to be. We have even found them inside MiniMarts.
