No, the number of QFF points required does not double if you fly Qantas.
It is still 50,000 QFF points for a genuine Qantas return flight to Jakarta from Sydney.
It is also 50,000 QFF points for a Jetstar return flight from Sydney to Bali.
On a Qantas plane the meals are included, but on Jetstar meals are an additional cost.
