there are three groups of warung/restaurants on the beach- in my experience, the taxi driver will take you to the most 'touristy' or his friend's place, no matter what you tell him! Just get out of the cab and walk to the middle group (not the ones closest to the airport, not the ones south near the flash hotels)...the one we have been to is called 'Lia' and I reckon its great value and very nice food (I think about $30 or so for 3, includes heaps of seafood, soup, dessert, salad, bintang etc)! The warung in this area are pretty basic, not like the 'modern cafe' looking ones near the airport end of the beach. I know a lot of people who have been to Jimbaran for seafood and would never go again because they felt ripped off but it depends where you go! The middle group are at the end of a street called 'Pemelisan Agung'
