The OP didn't say he hates dog lovers. He merely seems to be concerned about the safety of his children & seeking up to date info about the dog situation in Bali. Fair enough, I think. Rabies is a vile disease & surely you can't blame any parent for wanting advice & opinions.
When we were driving around Bali last week we came across a few dogs my husband was wary of - kept a big stick in the car.
Rabies IS a problem in Bali & that is that, sadly.
