Website says 2pm (I thought it was 3pm). Stayed there recently but we arr'd in the arvo and departed about 9pm so booked for that day and was ok.
You might have a problem with your times given they say check out: 10am and check in: 2pm.
On their website they do offer:
"→ 3-hour ‘Refresher Package' short stay option available between 9:00am - 6:00pm. Subject to room availability via enquiries at Front Desk only."
That might be an option for you? You would be wanting to head back over to the terminal to check in again just after 12 anyway. The room was great for us to lounge around for a while and set the kids DVD player up so they could watch a movie then have a shower.
