Ipresume when you booked online that you registered your Air Asia user ID.
If you have booked without registering your ID (like I did for the Bali KL leg of our trip) you cannot manage your booking on line and will have to ring them.
To manage your booking you must have registered first.
You can ring them but sometimes it takes quite a while to get through, but when you do they are very helpful.
There was an alternative way to communicate with Air Asia via the net.
I think it is called Live Feed or something like that.
Do a search it was only posted a few days ago.
