I am 51 and hubby 53 and the ride is definately do-able. There are only 2-3 difficult parts (5 minutes out of a 3 hr ride). Yep, the you-beaut-ute does follow with extra bikes and ice cold water but also the airconditioned mini bus. We also purchased a gel seat but did not need it as the bike seats are very comfortable.
Brekky is at Kintimani and then onto the ride. Lunch at Wayan's home compound at around 2:30. It was a beautiful meal and the information provided about the compound was very interesting. Wayan's children are very precious......
Wayan Sujana can be contacted on wayansujana@yahoo.com or the web under bali bike.

I can certainly recommend this ride as the areas that you travel into show you the real Bali.

I have left my email address open if you have any other questions. We did the ride on 18 May, so the above information is current!

Enjoy!!
