I know what you mean - - - - Was on hold for over an hour on three different occassions and was really fed up - - but then I got up at 0730 on Sunday morning and was put straight through - - It may have been luck or the time of the day I am not sure but I was very thankful - - the staff were great when I got through and really helpful -- keep trying adn try at different times is all I can say
