we were there a week ago and loved this place. You can get interconnecting rooms too if you wanted a bit of privacy. As said by stephjoy, it is right near everything. Good thing also, is it is a good health walk away from Kuta, but definately doo-able then a 15,000rp (A$2) taxi ride back.
Have stayed at Jayakarta and definately prefer MBR.
