would be my main aim at the moment for you.... Bali has medical facilities but certainly not equiped for a premature arrival if anything was too happen....Iam far from a qualified doctor or nurse but with your past history I would want more than anything a healthy baby in my armms....Bali is always going to be there to travel too......Put your energy into growing that baby in your belly and look to travel after he or she is here.....Just my opinion from a mum of 2 girls.....Good luck with your pregnancy....
