We stayed in a cottage room from 21 April- 16 May. We found it very clean and comfortable. Yes the aircon worked great too. I just loved the lights with the little strings...so different. pool was clean, staff very friendly and the service was also very good. We paid $44 AUD a night for both of us which included a buffet breakfast.
Only thing we didn't like was that the restaurent and pool bar charge 5 star prices for their drinks.50,000 for a large bintang, 30,000 for a juice. Meals prices were very reasonable. We stayed there in September '09 and the drink prices were also reasonable then. There
is live entertainment twice a week. Some nights there is also movie night when the tv is brought out to the pool area.
I would stay there again...location is great. We are only in our rooms to shower and sleep so Balisani Padma will be ok for us again in the future.
Ye sthe " legal " sign is still out the front..there is a dispute going on between the 2 owners , however this does not affect the staff or guests.
