i send them an email a few months befor i left aus with a photo of my old crap tattoo ,he replied straight away and said to come in the first day i get there and we can work out a design.I took in a few pictures i had that i liked and hoped he got what i meant and a few days later i went back to see what he had came up with and i almost cried lol it was perfect,just what i wanted.I had been researching a lot as i had one bad tatt and never wanted to make the same mistkae twice.I was thrilled with his work,very clean shop too.i have photos i can email you if you want to send me your eamil addy
