La Lucciola and Breeze at Samaya are that.
You don't need to worry about saving money it is still ridiculously inexpensive for what you get.
Echo Beach is fantastic for breakfast, we walk from the Jayakarta at around 7am and get there
around 8.30.
Also for real luxury, look at St Regis's restaurant Boneka for an amazing Sunday brunch.......from lobster, oyster, foie gras, wagyu beef plus other normal breakfasty stuff ..and a Valrhona chocolate fountain for the sweet toothed. :)
