Nope, no blankets or pillow but on the flight that we were on (12:05am to Brisbane) the headreast go up and down and curl around on the sides.
Food needs to be paid for on credit card as they do not accept cash.
We did not pay for baggage on the blue saver fares. Have a look at the pacific blue web site. It is very informative about those sorts of things.
Drinks are quite expensive (Beer) but tea and coffee were not too bad. The web site will show you the international menu.
You do have the opportunity to purchase a movie for $10 approx but swiping your credit card into the screen. It was a 6 hr flight from Brisbane and I just read and listened to my Ipod. YOu do get some free foxtel while you are in Australia air space so you will have a bit of entertainment.
