I'd check out Bali baby Hire has good reports on this forum. El cheapo lightweight prams only not one big one. The paths aren't always that wide & can be congested so 2 front & back cheap strollers would be best not side by side. Take your own sunscreen & mozzie repellent, milton, hand wipes, hand gel. Check the archives I think it has been mentioned dispossible nappies are not bad quality in Bali.
Go have a great time just remember not to plan to many activities as the kids will get hot & stuffed very quickly.
