friends of ours came back 2 wks ago said no dust,minimal noise.
basically the old reception is gone entry still open new reception on raised bit by entry pool bar gone new temp one is where pool towels used to be most demo is the old section to right of hotel behind old reception.
we are perthites as well and will be there 27/7-11/8 so will give you up to date JBR before you go cheers dave
