We did this a few weeks ago and it was fantastic.
I booked via email on the website (just google Bali Baik) before we left and paid a bit less than the advertised price when I asked if they could do it any cheaper.

I was offered cheaper bike trips when we were over there but none of them were Bali Baik so I dont know how they compare.

Breakfast was actually ok overlooking the volcano was great.
Apparently they were really busy the day we went but we went in a group of 10 (6 of us and 4 others) and it we didnt see the other groups until lunch time.

They gave us the choice of breaky first or coffee plantation first and we chose breakfast as we were all hungry.

The information along the way was facinating, everything from how the village controls and checks the water disbursed to the rice fields, the village temples, the village bell, a lot of Hindu customs, how to tell when one village ends and another starts and lots of interesting information along the way.

It was the day before a big ceremony and in all the villages they were cutting up and disbursing meat from pigs that had been killed early that morning, they were all also decorating and erecting big bamboo poles outside of their compounds. We found it amazing to see all of that happening

Lunch was good and they even cooked a totally seperate meal for one of our party who has a nut allergy as we were concerned that spoons from the satay may have been used by other guests in the rice etc, nothing was too much trouble.

It was a stinking hot day when we went and nearly all of it is down hill, the few uphills are at the end and I was pretty exhausted by the end. It started to rain and that was a welcome releif!

I would highly recommend this day to anyone for the lovely scenery and learning about local day to day life.

Riding through the villages was great and all the kids and lots of adults come out to wave hello.
