Check out Tut Di, he is in a small laneway across from the Circle K near Piccadilly on Jalan Tamblingan, can't remember the name off hand. There is a sign on the pole pointing you in the right direction. He works out of a studio he has built in his yard. My husband has had lots of work done with him, arms (including a cover-up), back and leg, I even ventured in the world of tattoos there, just last week. Great bloke, speaks good english, gets alot of work from Australians. He runs mainly on word of mouth and seems to be quite busy. Very clever man and good pricing.
