Yes toys are appreciated. I.E. balls, paints, paper.
Not all orphanages have babies so might be a good idea to contact the orphanage you wish to visit first to find out the ages of the children they care for.
Otherwise you might like to donate baby clothing to the Ubud Birthing Clinic who from all accounts on BTF, and from information i have received privately, are doing fantastic work.

I visited an orphanage in KlungKung last month. They don't have a website so here is my report if you would like information about my visit (my donation was 4 volleyballs, which apparently is the most popular sport in Bali these days, and some ducks)
