I am in the process of planning a vow renewal ceremony and we are using Balikuweddings. From the very first email we have had very professional service from Katie (who is Australian). We are having the ceremony and reception in a villa with only 9 guests. Sunset beach photos plus cocktails at a beach restaurant. I have met Katie and she is great - nothing is too much trouble. There was no charge to look at the villa plus I met the villa function organiser. Katie was very prompt in supplying info on hairdressers, photographers, cakes etc.
