There is a fair amount of driving involved to see the sights you mention.
You could try in this order - Kinamani, Lake Batur, Pura Besakih Temple and lastly Bangli on one day. That way you are starting the furtherest north-east of Ubud, sweeping your way down the eastern side. Some of these places are just a "look-see" and move on. I've never been to Bangli so don't know what's there.
On another day the Elephant Safari Park (which will take a while) and Tegalalang on the way back. These are the closest two places to Ubud.
Others might have better suggestions for you.
