Recently stayed there (April) ... things I liked were, large screen TV and great selection of channels, outdoor bathroom which included a large corner bath, hairdryer, plenty of cupboard space, tea and coffee making and fridge. Room service prices were reasonable and the breakfast was reasonable. I had a few meals from the restaurant and they were ok. Hotel is walking distance from all the great restaurants in Seminyak. Nice pool area. They run a shuttle into Seminyak and down to the Bintang supermarket - I found it very regular. Internet access is available for a price however close by there are restaurants with free wifi (such as Grocer and Grind). Comfy beds, good airconditioning. Some of the things I did not like so much (and I admit I am fussy) - there is traffic noise when laying around the pool as it backs on to a road - although it isn't a very busy road. Only about 5 chairs get total sun by the pool so that can be an issue (bring a float if you like the sun). Plenty of shade around pool but chairs could be an issue if the hotel was full. Staff friendly although they continually forgot the 'small' things like topping up tea and coffee, bring cutlery with meals but in saying that they happily did things when a problem was pointed out. Spa is not airconditioned and prices are more expensive than some others close by - better off going elsewhere. Walking into Seminyak at night was an issue for me as I was alone and it is very dark - so I sometimes caught a taxi if it was late. The beach is a good walk and was not as close as I had thought. I also found my room to be noisy at night - it was ground floor next the the gym and backed on to the guard house and carpark. All in all good value... Please email me if you have any questions - I also have some photos.
