all islands of Indonesia as is a large part of Borneo(but not all)
Wherever the first part of the journey is within Indonesia you would get your Indonesian VOA there.
With that Indonesian VOA you can travel to other parts of Indonesia
VOA only covers you for 30 days
Depends how long you want to be in any one place but that's a lot to cover in 30 days.
Eg Sumatra is a very big island with a lot to see.
You may wish to get a 60 day tourist visa from your Indonesian Consulate/Embassy before you leave to save the hassle of extending the VOA while travelling around.
