Hi If you get Simpati SIM card, you can us the 01017 prefex to dial out and it will cost very cheap as is is VOIP.
When i call Perth, it costs about $1 for about 8 to 10 minutes ...
So, 01017 61 ... 61 being the aussie prefix.
