better to try and book at that time of the year for Lumbung Sari which is also busy.
If not particular where you stay then places round Poppies 1 & 2 and Benesari may be better re walk ins.
Not sure what package you have but maybe check to see how long that package allows you to stay re the airfare part of it.
Some only allow (or used to) a certain amount of time in a package deal.
eg Longer stays need longer validity of ticket - yearly airfare
