"Elephant Safari Park" or the "Balis Safari and Marine Park"? If it is the one that does just the ELephants, you should be able to find it from google. It is basically run by Bali Adventure Tours and if you hunt around their site a bit you will find the prices for day packages including transfers, luch and a ride on an elephant. I think it is about $75 US. Not cheap.
Otherwise if you mean the other park with all the different animals (Bali Safari and Marine) then follow Rick Ts advise...goggle it and you will see the packages ont heir website. You can ride an elephant here also. You can buy your tickets in Bali, you don't have to purchase before you leave Oz...
