need some basic idea on an appropriate basic laptop for a young high-schooler who is just starting computer studies. Obviously a local option that can pre-load Indo-based software. Apart from Garamedia, what other options and approx. price-tags are there. Any other ideas I can use. The key word here is 'BASIC' laptop.
