We paid for meals last October and to be honest they were very ordinary. About $20 each and not worth it. Jetstar encourage you to bring your own food. We eat up at the airport then just carry a snack on board and maybe buy a coffee or hot chocolate a few hours into the flight. Coffee etc. is not cheap at about $4 but it breaks the journey nicely.
