Try Tjamphuan hotel, such a magical place on the side off the Camphuan river about 1km walk to town, rooms are beautiful but heaps off steps you wont be dissapointed, beaut gardens and spa, pool, but get air cond room as abit sticky at night and ask for fridge as there is a supermarket up the road so you can buy drinks, munchies. aslo bus takes you to town or monkey forest every hour or so. Ive stayed there 3 times and wouldnt go elsewhere, well within your price range.
