I favor the kodak shop opposite the Bounty hotel but also use the one on the corner of jl Legian and poppies 2.
I am sure there are good ones closer but i like the walk and grab a Bintang on the way just after KTH,s.
the kodak shop opposite the Bounty is air con and the door closes behind you,also the cashier gives you plenty of time to count the money you have exchanged before you need to sign for it. They also seem to have the best rate that is not dodgy.
