Not a jbr but just a quick posting about the above. My husband and I have become repeat offenders at SBV, we love staying there and of course the hospitality of Irma, Komang, Rosie, the boys and Ron is as great as always. This trip we also stayed for a few nights at the Ugly Duckling (formerly Puri Made Hotel) sister hotel to SBV.
Congratulations Gael, Billy and Ron for taking this venture into your experienced hands. The Ugly Duckling is slowly but surely being transformed and updated. Your new chef is producing wonderful foods, the beers are the coldest (so are yours Ron :)) The company is the best along with the hospitality. We made so many new friends this trip and Gael and Bill (so glad your better Bill) keep up the good work. Hello also to that cheeky monkey Maddy xxxx We look forward to seeing you guys next year.
