It seems that the free seat sale is not valid on the Perth to Bali leg, I was up at 3am sussing this all out when the site was quiet. $54+ taxes is still pretty good, but not their best.
If you put in a query however for say KL to Phuket it comes up as the 0.00 amount - a return flight for 2 from KL to Phuket works out at around $67 (all the taxes). However you would still need to get to KL.
