Anti Malarials in Lombok

Hi does anyone have current information of the need for anti malarials in Lombok? We are spending time in Kuta, Mataram & Sengiggi, took them last year but would appreciate others' experience! Also any news of Dengue being an issue in Bali or Lombok? Thanks all.
