They are very trustworthy, have a few friends who use them all the time. I had also emailed them quite a few times before I eventually booked, they were very quick in replying and extremely helpful in finding me a hotel (a few I wanted were booked out for my dates), ended up booking Puri Santrian for July (Club Room), eight weeks and we'll be there............
