We stayed there for a week last June. A budget hotel and the rooms are not huge but adequate and the bathroom is basic but for $30 what would one complain about. The breakfst was good a hot box with 2 or three hot dishes which changed every day e.g bacon, sausages, noodles, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. tomatoes, one made their own toast and helped themselves to tea, coffee, fruit and juice. The staff were all very nice and cooked any type of egg if you did not want to eat from the hot box. The pool was very cloudy for a few days and the staff were trying to rectify this and managed to do so for our last few days. We popped in again to say hello in Feb and the pool was very clean and sparkling. In a a nice budget hotel - a bit tired but for the money good value we had an upstairs room but there were bungalows as well around the pool area. One walks down a narrow lane which is a bit dark at night but a taxi can drive down and it is in a good location in between the Puri Raja and the Jayakarta. Hope this helps.
