given the info from Johanna only a few weeks ago. The reason they have opened the new shop is because the landowner is messing them around with the lease renewal on the old shop. In case he doesn't want to renew the lease or increases the rent ro a ridiculous level (as they seem to be doing in that area) they have taken the opportunity of opening a new shop. They will keep both open if possible but are prepared to have to close the old shop before the end of the year.
